Clay Williams
Clay Williams is an experienced attorney serving Vernon Parish, LA, and surrounding areas, for more than 21 years. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 1989; and Southern University Law in 1992. Since 1993, Williams has served as a public defender for the 30th Judicial District Court, giving trusted representation to defendants. He has been a Prosecutor and Magistrate for the Town of Rosepine since 1996. He is a former prosecutor of Leesville, LA.
Williams has a concentration in succession, personal injury, property work, deeds, family law, and criminal defense. Representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Clay has a reputation for hard work, compassion, and fairness for all of his clients.
Lisa Nelson
Lisa Nelson is a skilled attorney serving Leesville, LA, and surrounding areas. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 1989 and Louisiana State University Hebert Law Center in 1992. Since 1993, she has been a public defender for the 30th Judicial District Court. Lisa also serves as both a prosecutor and attorney for the City of Leesville.
In 2018, Lisa Nelson received the 10:1 Blackstone Award for Criminal Defense in State of Louisiana v Espree from the Louisiana Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Her dedicated work and vigilance help exonerate victims in complex cases against an oppressive criminal system. With a concentration in municipal work, criminal defense, family law, property work, and deeds, Lisa offers her clients personalized attention and quality representation.
